Recruitment process

At Connect Nursing we have a comprehensive process to ensure we only recruit the best quality healthcare staff that most closely matches our clients’ needs:

1. Download Application form

Once you have carefully read about the roles and responsibilities of a carer or nurse, we need you to complete an online application form.

 

2. Submit Documents

You will then be initially assessed by a member of Connect Nursing’s specialist recruitment team and if the initial criteria are met you will be invited to a formal interview. But first we will process your references and CRB if required

3. Reference Checks & CRB

After we have your references and CRB, we will then contact you to arrange a formal interview.

4. Formal Interview

Having met the initial requirements, we will then invite you to attend an interview at our head office in East London. This interview will last up to 90 minutes. You will meet the team at Connect Nursing and be interviewed by one of our Care Managers. After exploring your CV we will develop a personal profile of you, taking into consideration your personality, history, experience, skills and preferences. Following your Formal Interview and successful placement we will then contact your referees for verbal and email references.

5. Refer a friend

We are always looking for the best nurses and carers. If you know somebody who has what it takes to be a Connect Nursing – Nurse or carer, please ask them to visit our website and download the application form. After they have successfully registered we will give you a surprise gift!
