We check and make sure of the following requirements are met, while hiring a member of staff:
- Enhanced CRB check (including POVA)
- NMC Pin check for nurses
- Two professional references
- Work History
- Face to face interviews to check their communication and language skills.
- Qualifications check
- Right to work in UK
- Certificates of training. E.g. Moving and Handling
- Immunisation records
We have a partnership with a leading training centre and keep all our staff up to date with mandatory and clinical training.
